This worldwide community has given me some peace & solace in the middle of this storm. I feel like in a few days time, I have shifted tremendously, likely in a new paradigm. My thoughts aren’t the same, it feels like I’m breaking wide open. My boundaries are stronger, my rage is deeper, my triggers are raw, my compassion is fierce. I feel like every unhealed place in me that has been wounded by the patriarch since childhood is in my face for healing. I know I can do hard things, but It’s intense
