Unpopular opinion If you say you're eating 1200 cals a day, and not losing weight, maybe you need to eat less 👀😬

I hate advice like this when I hit a plateau! I can eat one almond and I’d track it in MyFitnessPal. If I eat any less than I am right now (weekly average of 1060), I get so dizzy when exercising and so fatigued. However have only lost 1.6 pounds this last month. Bouncing around 150-148 while eating less than my calculated deficit of 1310 daily. I weigh everything I eat, track it all. 100 ounces of water a day. Minimum 7,000 steps. Ugh!

Yeah ur right this IS an unpopular opinion, and you shouldn’t encourage people to eat less than 1200 cals/day, even that is really low. Maybe more excercise and less fattening food, but NOT less food.
