As a photographer, I never recommend families take part in another photographer's "holiday mini sessions" unless they really know what they're getting into.
You pay $200 for a super-stressful 15-minute session. You get a generic setup that a bunch of other people also get. In the end, you get a tiny number of finished photos and probably a sales pitch to buy expensive prints.
I honestly think it's a 50/50 shot at this point that people would have a better experience at JC Penney.
