Suggestion - if you're going out to pick up carryout for dinner, walking into the restaurant fully pajama'd for bed may not be the way to go. Your food most likely won't be quite ready and you'll have to sit there in your PJs while everyone is highly aware. Not shaming anyone, but the "well, this is awkward" vibes radiating off the patron were visible.
