I’ve seen so much anxiety and fear on social media after the election, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel. I have even seen some elation as well. Remember, we each have agency over our thoughts and the love we share with family and friends—no one can take that away. What we focus on grows, so I’m choosing to center on what I can control and release the rest.
