Elective abortions are not the same as spontaneous abortions/non-viable ones. I thought people would have been aware of this by now. Know the difference because no one is arguing against medical emergencies. Please see pin comment as well.

That was exactly what these laws intended and these same lawmakers when asked if women can get that type of care say no. Ken Paxton in TX sued a woman in that exact situation. You are not pro woman. You are pro patriarchy.
