An incredible female founder said to me today that what I’m doing with Co. hasn’t been done before. It’s fucking scary what I’m doing, it’s a lot. I could easily stay in my comfort zone and not bother. But I know deep down it’s needed. I’ve been so pulled over and over again to facilitate this and bring in the right women. No matter how many people try to ‘copy’ since I’ve announced, I know what I’m creating is uncopiable. The right women know this too, & are pulling their seat up to the table.
