As someone with a narcissistic parent, I highly recommend everyone (especially women) learn a bit more about the Grey Rock method. Very effective for dealing with toxic people. Which I imagine we will all continue to see more of over the coming weeks. We take our power back through not engaging with them. Engagement validates their behavior. Don’t validate them.
