Yes, I am aware that there isn’t a “EU passport” but they are in the final paperwork steps of obtaining citizenship in a Schengen area EU country. Absolutely we plan on learning Swedish once the decision is made. We aren’t the gross Americans that Europe hates, I promise. I speak Spanish & learned French just to go on vacation to Paris a number of years ago, even though they thought my accent was terrible. I battled breast cancer last year successfully & am very attracted to Lagom type of life.
