Lorissa, I too was feeling very heavy this morning and the Holy Spirit had me read Colossians 3:1-17 in my devotional. God met me with an on time word when I needed it. These scriptures clearly tell us since we have been raised to a NEW life in Christ, focus on heaven where Christ is seated, not on the things on Earth. It says it is the only way we can put away anger, rage, and other earthly things. The scripture says Christ is all that matters. Focus on heavenly things.
