It’s funny how many swifties I’ve seen in (ig) comments claiming that Taylor should not win a grammy this year; TTPDTheAnthology IS AOYT whether it wins or not. It has not become my favourite album over my earlier favourites, but it is by far the most powerful in terms of lyrics, composition, and even popularity. That some ‘newer’ artist ‘deserves’ a grammy more than Taylor is simply not true. They don’t need a comfort grammy, they need a motivation to make something as amazing as TTPD one day🤍
