Jostens met with my kid’s class today to cover graduation. First, why is a cap, gown, & tassel $70? Second, they were told TODAY that orders are due on Thursday. Many people in this area make less than $15 an hour, so an unplanned $70 could make or break families. Also, they are not allowed to borrow from previous graduates because of dye lots and the school wants group photos of the class to match. If you don’t order in the next 6 days, you are not allowed to attend graduation.
