I labored and had an emergency c section, meaning I had to recover from both basically. So mine might be a little different. But my friend who had multiple C’s told me to get up and move. Not to push myself, but being sedentary isn’t good for c section recovery. So for the first few weeks I got outside 1-2 times a day and walked in circles around my complex’s parking lot. Always pushed the stroller and brought a companion. But it helped.
