Also, because it’s Saturday in the south I feel the need to remind people of this as an Alabama fan(I know, I know): please think back to 2007 and Saban’s first year as head coach. Bama went 7-6 and 4-4 in conference. It was an ugly year and years with new coaches and the loss of players to the NFL draft is a recipe for disaster most of the time.
