If you ever miss the sense of community, see if there's a Unitarian Universalist org near you. I call them the "peace, love, and little donuts church." They're just...nice people, you sing about nature and goodness and stuff. You don't even need to believe in God or Jesus..they sorta accept everyone without pushing doctrine. They're basically the church for good humans who love the environment and animals..it's a place Mr Rogers would probably be proud of.

I stopped attending my white male led, diverse church in October of 2017. I got up during the message and have never been back. He started dogwhistling from the elevated stage and I realized the denomination was going to do nothing about t-rump's evil policies.

I've been here for years. I moved to Florida 3 yrs ago and a kind neighbor asked if I found a church yet. My reply was, I can't.

Belief doesn't come from a building or a group of people. It's within you. It's ok to worship on your own. It might be good to get to know your God without the input of others. I don't believe religion is needed to have a relation with God. Spirituality is more of a personal relationship than religion. Worship by taking a walk. Listen to the sounds and breathe wonderful odors. That is where God is. Although these are just my opinions. And I am an Athiest. Follow your heart and you'll be fine.

Most American Christians are not true Christians, they're phoney as a three dollar bills. They do everything that Jesus wouldn't do. They are going to be in for a big surprise in the end when they will be refused entrance into heaven. Because the Jesus that they follow is a false one.
