By writing every day even if it's crap or a sentence even if that sentence is 'I can't write'. Make it dialogue and ask who? what?, where? when?, why?, how? Set a timer. List words, names, places, professions, food, clothes, rhyming words anything as many as you can in 5 minutes. Take a walk or a drive. Play word games. Read. Write a post. Watch or listen to something about writing. Listen to music. Follow someone. We write one sentence at a time. We are a writer one day at a time.
