It could be depending on the case such as childcare and if whether you are getting assistance childcare and food. If whether the child sees the father at all.

No especially if they are in elementary school there are so many random “projects” and “spirit days” that creep up that’s not even including food

i think if it’s not time for new clothes and shoes, not a birthday or a big holiday that month, if there isn’t a need for daycare or any extracurricular activities then it should be just barely enouhh if you budget properly and it’s used only for the child and no bills. if you add in everything i just mentioned or even just one of those things then no it’s not even close to enough.
