I'm a news junkie. I love being informed. I need to be informed. When I cook, I have my smart speaker play the news headlines from NPR, BBC, CBC, and Apple News. I have curated my Apple News and Google News over the years. I read the IndyStar and NYT digital editions on my tablet. Since Wednesday I haven't done any of that. I've had to as part of my self-care. I don't know when I will, but I'll need to by January

I don't ever want to hear him speak again. I don't know when I'll go back to my junkie ways, but I just don't have it in me right now.

13 小時內	Christine Peterson chpsofly	I deleted all my news and opinion podcasts. I have no interest in listening to “experts” analyze it all. I do feel bad because I cut off all my creators on TikTok and I know that’s how they make a living, but I can’t do it. I’m done. I’m forming new habits, reading fiction again, cooking, walking, thinking up how to make corner of the world better and acting on it.
