& to be clear, when I personally say I want a community of Black Women I do not ONLY mean professionals. I see that a lot. ALL black women wether you are a pro, have a degree or not can be useful in a community 🥹❤️ you aren’t defined by what you can contribute, you do not need to preform for me to accept you, your presence and Participation is enough 🫂❤️
