Typically women who say this picked bums and hope they could grow into vs them having actual potential. Also, a lot of women are bitches when a man is growing so u get trashed when the finally can move to better to get the weight off their neck. But if you're a good woman, with good discernment potential will reward you if not well you're missing 1 or 2 or both
