6 cups rice flour 3/4 cup maida 1 cup udad dal flour 1tbsp methi flour 1 cup avalakki 1/2 cup rava 1/4 cup curd ( not required if using dals and grinding ) blend all the above dry flours to fine powder Take a bowl, add the ground powder . add curd and water to make a thick dosa batter,ferment over night , add salt , dilute if needed, mix well, this batter must be thicker than neer dosa batter and thinner than normal dosa batter, pourable. Flip and cook both sides .
