God always give us option to confess. So when time come confess fast without doubt. Not because he doesn’t know but because in that moment you have the option for forgiveness and may not have to suffer the wrath of your actions.

Asking a question and knowing the answer are not mutually exclusive. When I ask a child what 2+2 is, is that implying that I don’t know the answer and I’m genuinely asking for the child’s guidance? Why does a teacher or professor ask questions in class? Is it because they don’t know the answer? Why do the police ask you if you know what speed you were going when they pull you over for speeding? Don’t they already know?
