The customer had their new vehicle towed in because it would not start, and the engine light was on. The customer informed me in a very hostile tone that they would not be paying for anything because they had full warranty on their vehicle. I explained to the customer that nothing is considered warranty until it is determined that it is warranty. After much back and forth, I finally decided to just let it go and find out what the problem was with the vehicle, rather than arguing
