Good morning 👩🏾‍🍳 coquito cookies are the bestttt 🇵🇷 Soft and chewy with a coconut rum infused icing (or just coconut rum flavored if you prefer) topped with toasted coconut. I haven’t dropped these on my menu yet this year but they’re coming back soon
