Is anyone else not good at naps? I can’t take naps. I always wake up feeling worse and wondering what day it is, no matter the duration.

一小時內	ID 🧠 internallydistracted	I’m not good at them in the sense that it takes me close to 90 minutes to fall asleep and then my naps are minimum two hours long 🙃🙃🙃
