being a small business owner is no joke. you do EVERYTHING. social mediaSSSS (i just scheduled everything for my tiktok, instagram, pinterest, facebook), replying to customers, emails, shipping, advertisements, bookkeeping, and then your actual business. mine are all handmade so i do all that from scratch.
