Well… day by day. Yesterday went reasonably well with the reduction. 1150ml of wine at approx 12.6% instead of the usual three or four bottles. (Yes, I am that sad that I still have a lab volumetric flask from my winemaking days!) Woke this morning feeling oddly worse than I have when caning those higher numbers. 🙄 Addiction clinic visited and now sipping the first drink of the day before catching up with my old friend @simonlillistone for Vietnamese food. (Dry Vouvray by Heut btw 😉) x
