If I had known how much I was going to need learn about hormones and neurotransmitters in order to deal with my neurodivergence, I would have taken more science classes in college. I mean, I would have failed them because my adhd brain can’t handle homework or following the steps of the scientific method. But I would definitely remember a bunch of random crap. And it would be more useful than my degree in public policy.
