As a 29-year retired U.S. military officer who has been deployed on 6 of 7 continents and lived years overseas in Japan, Panama, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, I can assure you the U.S. is not the best country in the world. There are many that are worse (for now) but the U.S. would be a poor bet to make the top 15. Education, healthcare, racial/gender equality, security, rule of law, economy, natural beauty, etc. Other than military capability, we’re not the top of anything imo. Well, Walmarts.
