i'm so demotivated as a content creator.. i see so many creators getting some kind of work on a paid or gifted basis with lower rate of engagement & 350 followers. while on the other side, i see creators with more than 2-10K followers and higher rate of engagement NOT getting any kind of work, though they put a higher level of efforts. not saying i'm being ungrateful or anything — but i just wish we creators had more opportunities, too 💓
