Sorry to hear shroomi it's a tough world we live in . Don't give up just let it make you more determined and don't let it get you down. For every turn down let it make you stronger.learn from each one and write down what happened, what was said between you and the employee. And then have a good look and write down in a seperate page or book what you see and how you can change it next time tweak it each time learn from your mistakes and become stronger and also give a little prayer
