I am eligible for an Irish Passport and currently have my 2nd reapplication in the mail. My first application was rejected, they didn't like my photo even though it was my US one, and said my witness couldn't be located even though he is my neighbor, so I used the UPS Store for pic and notary. Hopefully by early 2025 and I have another option, but not planing on moving there.
