My daughter had a boy in FOURTH GRADE who bullied her every day, to the point that he put both hands around her throat and knocked her to the ground. Teacher said he was social awkward, Principal said he "might have a little crush". PEDIATRICIAN said "I bet he likes you, secretly". I told her: He's dangerous, do not be near him, ever.
