I needed my prescription renewed. It’s a controlled substance so I am aware I need to see a doctor to get it renewed. Called AND went in person to doctors office to handle it and kept getting ignored or no response back. Finally called again and the secretary basically told me my calls etc were being ignored since I didn’t have an appointment to be seen.
