Georgetown is expensive property wise but very nice I like it. I’m originally from Ft Worth and it’s very nice as well… it’s wayyyy bigger than Georgetown.

Amarillo: A slow but nice kind of pace city with a lot of interesting history and culture there. The jobs seem to be decent and I know a good employer there is Pantex which is a military industrial based company that pays well. Houston Metropolitan Area: This area is great in multiple categories but the top 3 job markets would be oil based, shipping based and real estate. San Antonio/Austin: Very vibrant culture here and tons of activities and the job market is pretty much limitless.

I live in Denton, north of the two cities. A laid back college town with two universities. Put it this way. We just finished with 31 days of halloween. Yes grown up and kudcstuff every day for 31 day.
