This mornings workout was rough, going to be doing it first thing for the next few days. Can’t say I look forward to it😅
It sure makes the legs burn proper🙈
The idea of the Intervals is to keep your heart rate at 80-85% of you max. I had to keep it between 170 and 180bpm.
