Exactly. I have tried
-walking 10k steps at a speed of about 5 Kph every day for WEEKS!
- eating three low-salt small meals (with fresh veggies, all home cooked )
- fruit for snacks
- drinking lots of water
- no large intestine at all (from surgery years ago, so ‘speedy’ metabolism)
and I’m putting ON weight .
Don’t give me bs about ‘just do this’ because losing weight in menopause is stupidly hard. And no, I was not gaining muscle.
