There are lots of reasons that anyone falls. As we age, the activity of falling can lead to serious consequences. I'm happy that you had no complications from your fall. I've cared for seniors for many years. Many ended up with a cracked femur leading to surgery. Then contracted post op pneumonia, some recovered, others did not. Our younger friends and family get freaked out and we have to be more aware and assure them we won't jump off the roof.🤣
