Can someone explain to me why there’s so much sodium in our foods? I am feeling a lil sick so I went to Aldi for some canned soup. There was a specific kind of chicken noodle soup that had 1740 mg of sodium. That’s INSANE. I was able to find some with less sodium but even then 1300 mg is alot. I need to learn how to make it myself.
