Need parenting advice. Our 2 year old sleeps in a crib and is super defiant about waiting until his wake clock turns green. He often wakes up an hour before (ie. 530am) and will cry for an hour straight until it’s 630am. He understands the clock. He gets the concept. If you let him cry for a week, he usually gets the idea that we are not going to be flexible at all, and then he’ll wait. But if you get him early once, you’ve set yourself up for at least a week of early crying.
