We don’t need to pull our navel to our spine to “protect” our spine. That’s outdated b.s. that research doesn’t support. 👎 In yoga, there’s no need to consciously do anything with our core to keep us safe. In heavy weightlifting, there might be – but in that case, research supports *bracing* rather than navel to spine anyway! 🤷‍♀️ The core: let’s micromanage less, and move more. Whaddya think??
