When I did my senior seminar, I came to the conclusion that no one who is even slightly homophobic in any way should be able to obtain licensure, due to how our implicit biases affect our choices and how vulnerable the LGBT are. Let's just say it was a SHITSHOW. Class ran for 2 hours and I essentially got a trial run in defending a thesis.
