As someone who regularly has tester calls I have found it hard to pick of late. I always go through the applicants and look at their skill and what they have created. I love picking new ones but I also like having a mix of those I've had before plus new. We like knowing we have testers we can rely on and can help get the job done. I have also been ghosted before by new testers but ive also given peiple their first test. I also never look at how many followers they have. Always their skill.
