A lot of states are still counting absentee ballots that are accepted up to a week later with Election Day postmark, etc. Last time I checked on Wiki (yesterday) he had 600K more votes than in 2020, while Harris was up to 71 million (so 10 million fewer than Biden rather than 15 million).
