Felt like shit yesterday. Not just low, but depressed. Like my body was covered in weights. Zero energy, sad, despairing.
So I took a walk on a favorite trail & saw a great blue heron. I watched the sun sink into the clear sky and decided to go to bed early.
I came home, soaked in rose scented epsom salts then slept 9’hours.
Today is better.
What are you doing for self care? I know this will be an ongoing effort. 💙
