The chintz on the walls of the study is not wallpaper- it’s fabric, The walls are UPHOLSTERED!! Yall this costs $$$$$, the window treatments are custom lambrequins also $$$$, and the fabric itself is Lee jofa hollyhock $$$$ per yard
