Do you think they truly understood their vote would only benefit the billionaires? They didn’t know how tariffs worked until after they voted. I even saw one lady ask if she could change her vote after she learned the 🍊’s policies would affect her negatively. 

They don't use tax cuts for capital infrastructure, they use it on stock buy backs. They borrow money when interest rates are low to build infrastructure. Interest rates will rise again when we see inflation from tarrifs, deporting 30% of our workforce in agriculture and construction, and increased debt. Putting money in the hands of everyday people drives growth becauee they spend their money in the economy and it circulates through.
