I looked at a rental yesterday, a 1920s farm house with several outbuildings and a huge warehouse garage, sits on several acres. The 100 year old red barn is only partially standing, but the chicken coop is solid. It has an outdoor canning kitchen. The owners (5 German Baptist siblings) said they’ll get in there and scrub/paint everything. The oak floors are gorgeous, but the upstairs ceilings are falling down. It’s $800 a month. Don’t know what to do. Ugh.
