Help: I am currently on a diet that is through my doctor but I am having problems with eating enough calories. I want to loose weight but he says I don’t eat enough to loose weight. I am good with 1 meal a day hell to be honest I am good with two yogurts a day and some fruit lol but I force myself to eat a proper meal at least once a day. Anyhow to the question. What are some high calorie foods that are not bad for you?
