Re: my last post on having an at home reformer - I have taken plentyyy of hours of Reformer PILATES classes - small group and private, so an at home reformer works marverlously for ME. To THAT end, if you are a beginner then I suggest you go to a numberrrr of classes in person to learn the machine, the proper form/technique, & move up a few levels before purchasing a machine. 💋
